Hasse and Hensel

A note about the rational "obstructions" to Hasse Interrogation -- I think that Hensel lifting might provide a way to determine if a particular equation that passes the Hasse Principle test has rational or integer solutions, but I'm still not quite comfortable enough with it to know for sure. If so, then we could "test" potential rational solutions by applying Hensel lifting to see if the answer remains rational when "lifted". Anyways, lots to study so it's back to the books for now.
